Independent Hotel Show returns for 2016

The Independent Hotel Show, presented by James Hallam Hospitality and Leisure, returns to Olympia London this October 18 and 19 with a packed two days of networking, new business ideas, advice and insight from some of the UK’s leading figures within the luxury, boutique and independent hotel sector.

This year brings with it more exhibitors, more insight and more feature areas, including Designersblock and an enhanced Destination Spa area.

Following the fantastic success of Destination Spa last year, the wellness and lifestyle feature area is returning, and will be bigger and better for 2016.

Featuring some of the most respected exhibitors in the sector, Destination Spa is a must-see area for anyone interested in expanding, developing or creating a spa wellness offering.

Destination Spa will also feature a targeted programme of business sessions dedicated to helping independent hoteliers tap into the profit-driving potential of creating their own spas.

A session led by Helen Merchant, director of Helen Merchant International Spa Consultants, will offer hoteliers tips on how to maximise profits in their spa, including marketing to the right audience, balancing revenue with hotel occupancy, and sourcing the right partners.

Also taking place on the dedicated seminar stage is a session entitled ‘Day Pass to Paradise,’ which will equip hoteliers with the necessary tools to harness the local customs in their spa – perfect for those looking to make more of a splash in their local community.

There is so much to discover at the Independent Hotel Show, which covers everything independent hoteliers need. Hand-picked exhibitors are combined with a fascinating schedule of seminars and discussions on design, technology, marketing and business performance.
